What we collect, and why
Collected: your email address; each link you save; any note you add; the title and text of the linked page where the site allows it (for TikTok and YouTube, only title and author from their official oEmbed; for Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads and X, only the link); a text transcript of any audio or video file you choose to upload; and a short summary (title, summary, type, suggested action, deadline) made from that text; links, saved dates and account names you choose to import from your own data download (read in your browser, never the file itself); your time zone; the reminders you schedule; and, only if you connect a calendar, the start and end times of your busy periods (never titles or guests).
Not collected: we do not store videos, images or audio. A file you upload is held in memory only while its speech is transcribed, then discarded. To watch it, you open the original link in its own app.
Purpose: to remember what you saved and turn it into things to do. Nothing is used for advertising, and there are no analytics or ad trackers.
Outside AI services: speech is sent for transcription to Google (Gemini on Vertex AI), and the fetched text is sent to Google (Gemini on Vertex AI) to write the summary. Both receive that content, which may include other people's words, and are bound by their own terms.
Age: you must be 18 or over.
You can export or delete everything at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy (draft).
